About
I am a B.Com graduate from Delhi University with a background spanning business operations, finance, and technology -- which drove me straight into ERP. I architect and execute ERPNext implementations end to end, across production, procurement, inventory, accounts, logistics, warehouse, and HR: module configuration, master data setup, custom Doctypes and workflows for anything outside the standard system, requirement gathering, and go-live delivery.
A critical part of the work is what happens after go-live. I have diagnosed and resolved 100+ functional issues directly -- at the Doctype, workflow, transaction, and permission level -- without escalating a single one to developers. I build the automation layer that sits on top: scheduled scripts, bot-driven report pipelines, and system integrations like connecting the Invoice Management System to the GST portal for real-time tax reconciliation.
On the people side, I have architected the full employee onboarding cycle in ERPNext, trained 70+ people from shop floor workers to department heads, and authored the SOPs that keep physical operations locked to how the system actually works.
